A short segment about how stress wires the brain to high fat food and sugar choices. In some cases under stress we will stop eating and other times we will go for the chocolate and ice-cream. Food is a great way to become aware of how stressed you are feeling.

Mood is wired in the brain to regions that dictate our food choices. Getting migfit is learning and training the brain to change these choices under stress.
