Winging it might work for improv comedians and reindeer flying around, but winging it on your food and exercise plan through the holidays is a set up for regret. For decades, Catherine and Donald went into the holidays without any planning and came out many pounds up on the scale. But sticking to a rigid plan isn’t the answer either. This is where having policies can save the day. Policies are guidelines or standards that you set for yourself ahead of time so you know what you’ll do in the moment. This week, the couple give you a number policies to help you get through the rest of this year in a way that will make you proud of your choices.
