Returning after an unexpected hiatus, in our fourth transmission we talk Apocalypse, Warhammer day, new reveals and, of course, Contrast. Marc regales us with a mighty Knights v Black Legion battle report and we discuss our love for the intricacies and complexities of the 40k Universe.



Episode 4 is also our first release to feature our character study section, where we delve into the history of Colonel 'Iron Hand' Straken and Bjorn the Fell-Handed. This section also explores further details of the Imperial Guard command structure and, hypothesises the reasons for Russ leaving Bjorn behind to be the Great Wolf.



As usual, we chat about our new purchases, builds, painting, recent experiences with 40k novels/audiobooks and our favourite content creators. Additionally, we examine the significance of an academic approach to understanding 40k lore, and, stare in awe at the GIRTH of the 'Forges of Mars' omnibus.
