In our fifth transmission, we talk at length about the new models, lore and rules being released for space marines, our hopes for the Eisenhorn TV show and what it means to cross the Rubricon. We delve into the stories surrounding the recent battles of our narrative campaign, give our impressions of adding the Adeptus Mechanicus forces onto the battlefield and discuss the importance of avoiding hobby burnout.  

As big fans of the global Warhammer community, we also focus on the work being produced by the community's content creators. We review the audio drama 'When All Lights Have Gone Out' by Cold Open Stories and we preview the amazing work being done by Red Eagle Studio for the '40 Hours of 40k' event, benefitting the charity C.A.L.M. this September.  

As usual, we chat about our new purchases, builds, painting, recent experiences with 40k novels/audiobooks/YouTube content. Additionally, we introduce esoteric lore-rating systems, Marc learns about the existence of brush soap, and we chat about the joys of building models without instructions that we got cheap off of eBay.
