Coach James is a personal trainer in the Los Angeles/Ventura Country area. He works with a very wide range of clients: from division one athletes, to marathon runners, to stay at home moms, to your everyday Joe. As a personal trainer, he develops a level of trust and friendship that enhances the training experience and helps elevate client’s performance when the moment matters.


His clients understand there are no cookie-cutter programs that work. As their personal trainer, he makes sure that programs are individualized to them. His personal trainer methodology applies evidence-based research and practicality to everyone he works with.
