T3 Performance is a sports performance facility, located in Avon, OH.  Mike has been running this facility since 2009.  He’s helped grow T3 into a leader in the performance industry.  Mike is always looking for new ways to expand his business, to help reach more athletes in more places.  On this episode, we talk about Mike’s journey from Ohio State Football player, to owner and operator of T3 Performance, and the future of the facility..which includes adding a 70,000 sq foot “Courts Building,” at the end of 2022.
