Episode Four - On the Couch with Mark Briant
Description
Like most of my guests, Mark didn't really know what job he wanted to do when choosing his qualifications so chose subjects he liked, enjoyed and was subsequently good at. Mark was drawn to London to start his career and initially chose banking as he thought there were elements of the role he would be good at and ultimately, it would pay well and enable him to enjoy himself in his other passions whilst living in one of the most expensive cities in the world.
Mark was good at his job but it didn't make him jump out of bed in the morning so he started to think about what did give him purpose and fire in his belly and when he got in touch with an old uni pal, they decided to realise their dreams of working in the fitness industry. Over the last 6 years their business has evolved and it is exciting to hear the journey they have been on.
