Kathryn talks about started her career in the corporate world thinking that this was the path she wanted to follow and then making a decision 10 years ago to go back to the family butchers and eventually take over from her dad. Very interesting to learn about a completely different industry, what it's like to be a woman in a male dominated industry and also what it's like to have your Dad as your boss and eventually taking over the business.
