good episode, im going to a few meet ups,i made business cards and Instagram just for real estate. my credit is looking better than ever, thanks to yellow ribbon for all the help. im letting everybody know im into investing in real estate. i drive for dollars every chance i get, im really focused on finding off market distressed homes.. i plan on hooking up with local investors to build a rapport and add value to what they have going while learning. in 2 months my credit score will be in the 7's so i plan on using my credit to help finance my first deal. my question is. should invest in marketing now? or just continue driving for dollars. i see alot of bandit signs but i want to try something different. im about to start sending letters to the addresses i have already. just trying to thank of different ways to get my name out there.. good episode bro keep pushing, you got this - mac
