This was a great and super insight full podcast. definitely feel my confidence rising as a newbie and the more I listen to your podcasts the more ready and equipped I feel to go hit the pavement and start actually marketing myself. what you do for people like me is very admirable and honorable and it's greatly appreciated! a question I have in relation to this podcast: I would be entering into the business as a wholesaler. I've been doing alot of researching and educating myself. in doing so I've found that wholesalers don't necessarily have the best rep and it is an illegal practice in some places. what do you do if you run into a potential seller who is familiar with the language wholesalers use and how they "serve" in sale, and automatically shut you down thinking it's a scam? even if you can't make a deal with them for that reason is there a way to recover and end that relationship on a positive note?
