Useful tips for losing weight!
I feel like I dictated this book to the the author because it includes everything I would put in a book like this!!! It has the foods to eat and why they should be eaten; nutritional values; recipes and menus. The only other piece of information I would have liked to be included is why one cannot eat grapefruit if taking antidepressants.
So buy with confidence and enjoy. If you are like me, you won't mind missing all the bad food you should avoid.
