really works. Ive been using the techniques offered in this book for about 10 weeks and I have to say they work! I purchased this after noticing I always do the same thing with no real change. After reading this and doing what they say I noticed a difference in my body and strength. Now everything I workout/exercise I always use whats recommended in this ebook. It really was worth it and I'm glad I got the book

The best for begginners!!
This book was the best suggestion to a friend of mine. I am new in this world, and the routines that the book show are amazing, very descriptives. Is very incisive in the alcohol-food theme and at the same time explain why this two things must be control or eliminate during the training. The book is easy to read and motivates you to go forward.

Excellent workout plan
Crossfit gyms seem to be everywhere these days and I can understand why. Utilizing a crossfit workout is extremely effective and can be a bit addicting. This book will get you started on the fundamentals and beginner exercises, along with an extensive list of frequently asked questions that are important to read. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for something different.
