I am excited to be joined by Melissa Boleslawski today! Melissa is a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist specializing in Somatics. Through intentional fitness protocols, self-awareness + self-regulation tools, and simple nutrition education, Melissa supports women with reclaiming trust in their bodies again, creating unwavering self-confidence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Melissa also holds a Master Certified Life Coaching and Master Certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner Certification. Her additional toolkit includes Master Reiki + Hypnosis Practitioner. Melissa also has additional backgrounds in emotional + somatic experiencing and leadership + management. All of which are woven throughout each and every one of her wellness creations.
