Today we’re ruminating on the unexpected possibilities that come to the surface when we’re so fed up with trying to maintain some amount of control in our lives, and instead throw our hands in the air with an exasperated declaration of “fuck it.”
As a tribute to taking this liberating stance, today’s episode is completely unedited and uncut - stumbling and fumbling our way against perfectionism.
We share some shifts of perspective from our lives, stepping out of a scarcity mindset and into a space of expansive abundance.

First, we invite you to weave this positive affirmation into your mindset: I am worth being pursued.
Second - grab a journal, boil a pot of tea, and let's dive in -
- Ask yourself: how do I want to support myself? This may be monetarily related to how you want to support yourself; or perhaps it is related to how you nourish your body, mind, or emotional health.
- If you are afraid to do something - ask yourself: am I really afraid of being a failure, or am I actually afraid of being successful?
And if that feels difficult to access, start with a visualization. Close your eyes and invite your imagination.
- What would this feel like if this went the way I want it to go? What would it feel like to get what I’m after? If this brings in anxiety/fear/a rush of “oh my god this is soooo scary” - return to that original question: Am I afraid of failing or the responsibility that comes with success?
