Ann Regan Kearns founded Odyssey Public Relations in June of this year, 2020. Formerly she was a publicist and, unfortunately, laid off due to COVID. Instead of searching for a new job, she launched the public relations business that she had wanted to do. Admittedly, she had to be pushed off the ledge from security into the abyss of entrepreneurship! And miraculously that ‘little’ push actually gave her the confidence to jump ship from the corporate world. Now that Ann Regan is helping companies with their public relations, she has no plans of looking back. She did sign up with a business coach who helped change her mindset and gave her the confidence she needed. Her advice for all people who are considering taking the leap is to do it now or never, there is never a ‘right’ time, have faith, listen to that little voice in your head, and listen to your instincts. Ann Regan loves her working hours because those hours are for her, she can work when she wants, and she works for her business and not for someone else’s business.
