Join CharLena this morning as we breathe and visualize our way into complete releasing of chaos of the day, week or weeks since we last came together. There are a number of things that relax me and I am getting better and better at feeling relaxed and releasing everything around me. I'd like to lead you through that feeling now. 

This morning's meditation consists of breathing multiples of four: four-inhalation, sixteen-holding and eight-exhalation. We'll visualize soft things as we finally release the tightness from our entire body and mind. Listen, enjoy and use again so that at any point on any day that frustrations or annoyances or chaos envelope your world you can release them all over again.
