Description
The U.S. Government could be forced to shutdown by this evening if a spending bill is not passed. Water rates in the City of San Diego could go up by 63% over the next four years if city officials approve it. The San Diego Padres are taking on the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field in Chicago for game one of the Wild Card Series.
