Thousands of local military members and local contractors are speaking out as they continue to work without pay amid the ongoing government shutdown. California Governor Gavin Newsom has vetoed a measure that would allocate more money to programs that require homeless Californians to remain clean and sober in order to get housing. Camp Pendleton will be conducting explosives trainings through October 12th.
