Overnight, Cal Trans crews closed all northbound lanes on Interstate 5 from Interstate 8 to Mission Bay Drive. In City Heights, investigators are still trying to figure out what caused a smell so bad and so strong that two people had to be hospitalized and a school had to be evacuated. Thousands of people are expected to visit MCAS Miramar this weekend for the Miramar Air Show.
