What does it mean to live an honest life?

While honesty is a word that has recently popped up as a theme in my life, truly the subject of being honest and living truthfully is something I've spent years of my life exploring.

With some recent "honesty" I wasn't expected- it got me thinking about what does it mean to be honest, to live standing in your truth. So that is what we're diving into today.

Our actions aligning with our words is a strong indication of being truthful- and is usually one of the first ways we can identify when we're not being honest or when someone is not being honest with us. Honesty also shows up in how clear we are with our boundaries, and how stable they are. Honesty even extends into the peacefulness we live our life with. When we're in our truth- there is a sense of peace.
