Topic: Training bands of different types are really popular right now. Deb and I take a look at the pro's and con's of using this type of equipment and how they work. The differences between tools that are dynamic and tools that are proprioceptive is also explained and how both can be beneficial at different stages of training - but only if they actually guide a horse and rider to the ultimate goal of self-carriage.
