Description

You might has seen I did a Facebook Live over on our A Brilliant Gamble Facebook Page, which I then shared in the Corporate Escapees Facebook Group (!) about an experience I had a couple of weeks ago when I had some quite negative feedback to an email I sent.

However, the feedback really woke me up. And while it was uncomfortable I also realised that I had stopped doing the things that make me feel connected with myself through the day.

When life gets busy or you become worried about something or anxious or stressed you often stop doing the things that would actually help.

But when you resume those good habits you can quickly turn things around.

In todays show I talk about:

  • How I responded to the feedback

  • What I had stopped doing and the impact it had on me

  • What morning habits really help us get connected with ourselves

  • How to stay connected through the day

  • What we are capable of and how the responses to our behaviours change when we are connected versus when we aren’t

  • I mention A Brilliant Gamble Online - our flagship development programme designed to support you through change, keep you on track and enjoying the journey as you experience the inevitable bumps in the road.

You can find out more about that programme here and feel free to drop me a line if you’re not sure whether this programme is for you. I will give my honest advice.

Stay in touch with us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and of course, the website.
