Hezekiah is from the DMV, which is a hotbed of a football recruiting area. He went to legendary powerhouse DeMatha High School in Maryland, which is one of the best in the country. He played on teams with amazing talent and college recruiters would visit daily.

He decided on UConn because he felt he would have an opportunity to play early on and like everyone else, loved the family atmosphere. Not only with the football team, but with all the athletes. At 5'9 185 pounds, he was a tough, physical runner who always ran hard. Listen as he tells his story.

After graduation, Hez worked in software sales but found success in the IT field. Just recently, he took a job working with the Federal Government and there isn't a better job for health care, benefits, and retirement. Currently, he has a son who plays linebacker at Millersville, a strong division 2 college in Pennsylvania.
