My dream was to be able to fit into my jeans, have an athletic, lean looking body and I believed (if I just focused on weight loss) I could finally ge there and be at peace with my body. 

But, instead I ended up feeling frustrated, burnt out, and sad that I never saw the progress I wanted. 

In today’s episode, I’m sharing why I stopped trying to lose weight and how shifting my focus actually led me to four simple strategies that ultimately helped me achieve healthy fat loss and better relationship with my body.
