I used to push a lot of things under the rug or take things on the chin. All it taught me was to never feel the hurt of others or even myself. Which led me to keep committing to the same cycles of hurt. Creating the space to feel the feels has certainly helped me process things and I’m learning that the process looks different every time. Create the space YOU need to heal and comfort you and little you. Bc their feelings matter too 💜
