Iron Woman-Bonnie Hancock
Description
12 months ago at a charity event, the Baby Give Back Mothers Day High Tea, Millie and I met our next guest who inspired this whole podcast.
An Australian Champion Iron Woman who had just paddled around Australia in a Kayak. It took 254 days, 12,700km and during that time she dodged huge waves, storms, sharks, crocodiles, tested her physical and mental health and broke many world records. Talk about Girl Power!
A few months later here she was in a pretty dress graciously chatting by an old telephone booth covered in flowers to the only 11 year old in the room. That 11 year old asked her a question she had never been asked before and it was ‘Bonnie Hancock ‘who turned to me and said something along the lines of “ she is an amazing interviewer, she has asked me the best questions!”. It was that moment the seed of Move Over Mama was born.. So Bonnie Hancock thankyou. And what was that question? I'll move over and Millie can ask her again....
