The wide approval of marijuana can be seen through most of the Western Hemisphere, and we hear about supposed benefits regularly... But are there secret detriments that we haven't heard about?

My guest today is Raymond Wiggins. Dr. Wiggins not only shares a last name with the greatest mind in science fiction, he is also recognized by US Governor Greg Abbott. Call him a doctor, a dentist, or a surgeon; just don't call him uninformed. Raymond breaks down a bunch of highly technical research to spoon feed us the whole truth on what he has seen inside this very thick data. 

I do want to be up front in saying I'm not taking a pro or anti stance here. My job is to ask all the questions that an audience might want to know, and to keep my opinion largely to myself. I would be just as happy to have a medical professional come on to share the positives they see in their studies.

I certainly hadn't heard most of this before the interview, and it surprised me quite a bit. I'd love to have someone speak for the opposite side now, so I don't just see it as a health crisis like cigarettes... 

In other news, August is nearly over and the rankings are a little wild: 

1. England of the United Kingdom, holding it's lead for a potential upset of the norm. 

2. The United States, still held up by New York, California, and Oregon. 

3. Ghana, now pushing into the top 3! What a major upset! 

4. Canada, with Ontario way out front. 

5. Australia, with New South Wales and Victoria neck and neck.
