Jennifer Lovely: We are not what has happened to us
Description
My guest today is Jennifer Lovely, who shares her story of acting out, healing through her sons’ experience in addiction recovery, and letting go of seeing herself as a victim.
Jennifer Lovely is an Ontological and Recovery Coach who empowers those who want to reclaim their lives back and desire to be more than what their trauma has told them they are, She loves the messy grit of life and getting her hands dirty with her clients. In addition to her Reclaiming Grace program, she works with clients on an individual basis. She also has a podcast called Wet P*ussy, which is all about living our lives from the juiciest place possible.

starTEDover is a series of 18 minute inspiring stories of falling and standing back up, getting knocked over and rebuilding, healing, growing, persevering.
These interviews are edited down to 18 minutes, because 18, in Hebrew numerology, is the number for life or chai, and my hope is that these stories of starting over could enliven you today or even save a life.
Music is provided by my friends Malte Hagemeister and Kristian Nord of The Great Escape. You can find out more about them and their inspiring music at www.CaliforniaMusic.com.
If you liked today’s episode and want to hear more inspirational stories of starting over, please subscribe here, leave a review, and tell a friend.
And, if you’re inspired to do so, share a little about your story. I’d love to hear it, even if it’s still in the early stages of writing.
And, if you are in a place in life where you have a hard time imagining what starting over could look like, reach out to me at ted@starTEDover.com and let’s see if a coaching relationship is the right one for you at this time.
I’m Ted Riter, wishing you blessings for starting over.
