- Azzahra : Assalamualaikum. Hallo, good morning Novi.
- Novi : Waalaikumsalam. Hi Zahra, good morning too.
- Azzahra : How is the weather there?
- Novi : The weather is a little cloudy, maybe it will rain soon.
- Azzahra : I really like rain because rain can reduce air pollution from smoky vehicles.
- Azzahra : Talking about air pollution, I’m very concerned about the pollution conditions in Jakarta because the capital city area is crowded with vehicles every day.
- Novi : Yes, it’s true. Reported from “bbc news” there is news about Indonesia president found negligent over Jakarta filthy air.
- Azzahra : I read it too that the Indonesian court has ruled that President Joko Widodo and other top officials have been negligent in tackling air pollution in Jakarta.
- Novi : Persistent smog in the city is caused by heavy traffic and coal-fired power plants that have not been fitted with filters.
- Novi : Very concerning. All parents want their children to be able to grow and develop in a clean and healthy environment, free from diseases, allergies, and others.
- Azzahra : That’s right.
- Azzahra : We as a society should have an awareness of the importance of reducing air pollution in order to get a healthy environment and air. Oh yeah, the way we can do it start from minimizing the use of private vehicles, increasing tree planting, providing information regularly to the public about unhealthy air quality conditions and anticipatory steps that can be taken by the community.

✓ My Experience
My experience after practicing speaking with my partner was very interesting. I got some new vocabulary that I can translate and practice. In my opinion, practicing speaking English with my partner is very fun and more relaxing. Chatting with my partner in English also challenges me to be able to understand every word my partner says. In my daily life, I also practice new vocabulary with the aim of making it easy to remember and understand. The more trained and very useful to improve speaking.
