In this meditation we’ll use the breath to help us let go of anything we’ve been holding on to that we’d like to release. Anger, frustration, worry, stress — anything that we’d rather not hold, and anything that isn’t serving us in a positive and constructive way, we can invite to simply dissolve and flow away with each out-breath — using the breath to release, let go, and ultimately bring us a sense of renewal.
