Keith shares his journey with ADHD and Autism and how it was through his son's diagnosis that he gained clarity around the fact that he too was living with undiagnosed ADHD.
Keith's decision to start therapy ultimately helped him to understand his ADHD related behaviours, patterns of thinking, childhood experiences and how to cope with his ADHD symptoms.
He shares his journey with us today in the hopes to raise awareness for the disorder, and help you feel less alone if you are experiencing ADHD symptoms.
