Last week, TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Prescott Valley broke ground. In just 16-18 months, Prescott Valley will be opening its first upscale, extended-stay, limited-service hotel. The location of the Marriott is at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, adjacent to the Findlay Toyota Center.
