As a Trauma Therapist specializing in treating CPTSD/PTSD, Mary has worked in the trauma field for roughly 15 years. She uses a combination of Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction as well as incorporate her background as a former personal trainer to empower clients in their healing journey. She began her career working in the Philadelphia communities and schools with children with behavioral disorders, before finding her passion in working with survivors of domestic violence, and then becoming the program director at a safe haven for survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Her clinical interests include co-occurring disorders, human/sex trafficking, and working with men and women who have experienced significant trauma.
