Description

In this meditation we’ll simply listen to the sounds arising all around us, allowing what comes to come and allowing what goes to go. We’ll also invite a sense of openness into the experience — hearing the sounds without judgement or commentary, just letting them be as they are. By doing this we can begin to relax into our direct experience, sensing our surroundings with a beginner’s mind.
