Description
In this meditation we’ll begin by noticing what’s taking place in our experience right now — the thoughts, feelings, sounds, sensations. Then we’ll come to rest in that space of open and non-judgemental awareness, simply allowing what’s arising without clinging to anything or pushing anything away.
