Wideacre Trilogy
I really enjoyed the entire trilogy. The characters were well developed and I was drawn into the plot immediately. I will however say that there was entirely too much redundancy in the story. I found myself impatient listening to it, which was at times annoying. All in all though it was a wonderful and memorable escape to listen to. the narrator was very good!
Better than book 1 & 2
I honestly didnt like book 1 & 2 but by this time I felt I had to finish the series. Book 3 is much better and I can say I did like it. Im glad to say it had a good ending. Still, if I had it to do again Id skip the whole series.
Didn't love it!
I read all three books and all of the author's historical fiction novels. These were a disappointment! I didn't like the incest plot or how the book ended. I couldn't image these women being so stubborn or stupid in The Favoured Child or Meridon. The last two were too predictable. I normally can't wait to have a moment to listen to my book, but not with these three.
The best of the 3
This was most enjoyable. The narrator was fantastic. I really enjoyed the characters in this book.
Grand Finale
A wonderful ending to an amazing Trilogy! I've never laughed so loud or cried so hard listening to an audible. Charlie Sanderson was simply incredible in her many voices. Simply amazing!
