We discussed the current state of our healthcare system and how pharmaceuticals continue to be used as a bandaid for symptoms rather than providing patients with the knowledge and resources for positive sustainable habits. We discussed the role of Big Pharma and their mafia like role in educating and controlling the direction of healthcare. Finally, we discussed ways individuals and healthcare providers can create change individually and how they can best advocate for their own health.
