In this episode, I chat with Linn Thorstensson, a compassionate Non-Diet Nutritional Therapist who brings her work a unique blend of expertise and empathy. Join us as we delve into the nuances of mindful eating, body acceptance, and the transformative power of embracing a non-diet approach to nutrition.

Linn Thorstensson is a Non-Diet Nutritional Therapist who offers nutritional counselling to people struggling with their relationship to food, eating and their body.

She strives to practice from a Health At Every Size, trauma-informed and social justice lens. (I am however human and won’t always get it right!).

In her work, she draws on a multitude of modalities, such as Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, CBT,

Motivational Interviewing Neuroscience, Somatic Practices and Nutritional Therapy, to work with my clients in a person-centred way. This means that every person's

programme and journey will be unique.

Beyond that, this also leans on her recovery, and self-development work and of course every client she has worked with in the past has taught her much beyond what the textbooks ever could!

She also actively engages in continued education and ongoing supervision.
