Executive Chef Anthony and his wonderful wife, Nancy are our special guests on the show for episode 25! Their story is inspiring. I don't want to give too much away, but long story short, Anthony was a corporate chef for 15 years until Covid hit. After Neiman Marcus closed their restaurant, Mariposa, Anthony and Nancy decided to forge a new path of entrepreneurship, and Modern Charcuterie was born. After 8 weeks delivering orders to their neighbors on the peninsula point, they have been booked out through October.
