My best productivity hacks
Description
When Are You at Your Best? π
I didnβt always think about my peak energy hoursβbut once I did, it changed everything.
Hereβs what worked for me:
1οΈβ£ Map Your Energy:
Take note of when you feel most productive and energized during the day. For me, itβs 8β10:30 AM. Thatβs when I tackle big projects or creative work.
2οΈβ£ Plan Around It:
Align your toughest tasks with those high-energy periods. Save low-energy times for simpler tasks or breaks.
3οΈβ£ Recharge Strategically:
Iβm a sprinter, not a marathoner. After a focused sprint, I take breaks to reset before my next burst.
4οΈβ£ Set Tomorrowβs Goals Tonight:
Before bed, I stack-rank my top tasks for the next day. It keeps me focused and aligned with my energy levels.
π‘ Some people thrive with steady energy all day, others (like me!) need to sprint and recharge.
