The new workout of the week is Matt's Alternating 800's.

Matt is the head of Coaching at Stryd and works to help others achieve their training and racing goals. Matt competed collegiately for Brown University, and once graduated, moved out to Boulder to take his triathlon training to new heights. In 2018, Matt earned his elite triathlete license and competed in the Boulder Ironman to celebrate.
