Not Black, Not White, But Light
Description
Very few things in life are actually black or white but that's not always how we see it. The problem? When we look at everything in the world as black, white, right, wrong, good bad, we become a people, with big huge purpose, that are now living in fear of judgement, criticism and rejection. We are unable to authentically navigate our way through OUR life's journey because we are too worried about disappointing ourselves, our parents, our boss, our friends, our teachers, and in some cases, our God. We can break the cycle if we focus less on being right and more on seeing LIGHT. A principle that can also be used in helping our loved ones (particularly our teenagers) who are deep into the dark with chronic illness, addiction, depression, anxiety, etc.
