Operating At a Healthy Frequency
Description
Many of us have our favorite radio or T.V. stations memorized, but have you ever listened to a radio station or playlist that just didn’t resonate with you? How about listen to a station or watch a show that you felt would be detrimental to you in the long run? I know I have, and what’s interesting is we can tune into people, places, and situations that do not resonate with us and that are not beneficial to our long term goals. I remember when I was younger; I had one cousin who always seemed to get in trouble. I mean we all got in trouble from time to time, but if you was a betting person and had to bet on someone getting in trouble you would bet on him. It just seemed like he was always in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong person. It was like clockwork.
We all have at least one person in our family that come to mind when we here this. One thing that stands out to me with this cousin is he did not want to listen to good advice and he liked to see how close he could get to trouble. This was his normal operating frequency and rhythm. Now that we are older he appears to be operating at a more positive frequency and rhythm. To make this change he had to break the negative rhythm and tune into more positive frequencies. And this is what we all have to watch out for; what we allow into our minds can move us towards more negative or positive frequencies and rhythms.
Add more value to your personal life, employer, and business.
Learn about the lost credentials that will bring you success.
The point here is people and places can operate at a certain frequency and rhythm, it’s up to us to pay attention and determine if the rhythm of these people, places, and situations are in alignment with our goals. Our aim should be to tune into people, places, and situation that benefit us and positively impacts all involved as much as possible.
