Mental health is a human experience and can include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more.
Whether you've had a formal diagnosis or not there is a spectrum of functioning to inform treatment.
Anxiety can be helpful & normal and we discuss the differences between stress & anxiety. Depression is also a very common experience.
We chat about how conjuring up creativity can add to the stress & pressure we put on ourselves.
We provide a few helpful tips for improving mental health and stress the importance of being relentless in the search of the right professional to help you personally on your journey. We also discuss how to find a supportive community if you don't already have one.
