She discusses the importance of gratitude when all is going well AND when it isn't, and that it can make your present situation more rewarding and provide a necessary, helpful perspective.

Anna gives us a practical list of things we can be grateful for each day.

It can be so helpful to acknowledge what we DO have going for us, and while gratitude does not nullify a problem, it helps us move forward healthily, and is a tool to navigate challenges and relationships in your life.
