Today, Anna is flying solo for our first ever minisode!
She is sharing with us:
-How to be aware and familiar with your internal world
-How to see yourself in relation to yourself, others, and/or a higher power
-The Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical parts of ourselves & how each part contains wisdom that can teach us things like fresh perspective, encouragement, and how to be more connected to humanity.
-The more we know ourselves - the more we can empathize with others.
-Why your internal world is a comfort zone within us that we can take with ourselves anywhere we go.
-How to survive more easily outside of our comfort zones, bringing courage, awareness, and renewal with us wherever we go!
-How to be internally comfortable & how to tend to your internal world and some affirmations to help with this.
