Well, then let's look at why many riders are fearful on technical trails, the most common reasons for fear that I see in my full-time experience working with riders of all levels as a mental trainer and skills coach - and how you can work WITH your fear to deepen your knowledge about yourself and explore what truly matters to you. In addition 3 tips to enable more self-empathy and more "flow" while riding.


I share about my "typical client", the differences I see regarding skills between social media and real life (they are huge!) and I look at: what is true bravery, the 5 pillars that make a mountain biker TRULY successful and share a very common "couple problem" among mountain bikers.
