A Kosciusko Whippets softball player will continue her playing career in college.
Senior Laura Beth Wood recently signed with Millsaps College.
As a player for the Whippets softball team, Wood has been a part of two state championship teams and multiple Region 4-4A championships.
Wood was joined at the signing by members of her family and representatives from Millsaps.
