🍱 Lunch & Learns — Think Beyond Engineers
[Timestamp: 00:01:08 –00:01:48 ]

The more they know us, the more they’ll specify us.
🌎 WEFTEC 2025 Recap & the “Cone Bottom Killer”
[Timestamp: 00:01:56 –00:03:24 ]
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth in Chicago!
Our 4100 slope-bottom tank was the star of the show — a real “cone bottom killer.”
- Only ~20% of cone bottom applications truly need a cone vs our IMFO, a better choice.
- The sloped bottom tank saves space, eliminates stand maintenance, and increases volume
📍 Also discussed at 02:57 : The IMFO base can double as a stand replacement for smaller day tanks — a big cost saver.
🧰 Field Service Certifications — Get Your Team Factory Certified
[Timestamp: 00:03:32 –00:04:44 ]
We’re expanding our factory certification program for your service technicians.
If your team installs or services tanks:
- Nominate your top hands-on employees
- We’ll train them directly or through a “train-the-trainer” model
- Certified techs will have credentials on file and may be offered field opportunities
📧 Contact your Regional Manager to submit names to Dan Comp for inclusion.
⚗️ New Field Service Document — Scrubber Solution Guidelines
[Timestamp: 00:04:50 –00:05:47 ]
A new guideline document is now available in the P3 Forum:
“Changing Out Your Scrubber Solution”
It outlines when and how to replace saturated scrubber solutions, and safe handling after change-out.
You’ll find links in this newsletter and under News on P3.
💡 At 06:05 , consider adding a small amount of caustic to scrubber water for improved effectiveness—contact your Regional Manager for recommended ratios.
🧴 Creative Safe Tank Applications — Open-Top Configurations
[Timestamp: 00:07:00 –00:08:55 ]
We’re now offering the Safe Tank Outer Tank as an open-top tank and lid combo.
- Works like a “mushroom” lid that drops in place
- Great for applications requiring easy media access or removable top covers
- Budget pricing available on P3 (select outer tank only)
Perfect for installations needing durable, reinforced open-top tanks.
🔄 Mixing & Agitation Systems — Blog & Updates
[Timestamp: 00:09:00 –00:10:29 ]
Our latest blog post covers three types of mixing systems:
- Mechanical Mixers (motor + impeller)
- Large Bubble Mixing Systems
- Pump Recirculation
For gentle mixing (like magnesium hydroxide), we now offer bubble mixer systems through our partners.
Work through your Regional Manager to quote or bundle with tanks.
💡 At 10:34 , Bob reminds everyone:
“Always request mixer bridges and brackets — it helps secure full tank packages".
When mixer bridge "provided by manufacturer"- only PPC can do it, less cost, better integration, and simplified!
