Powerback 209: How I Talked My Way Out of a Panic Attack

I recently talked myself out of a panic attack.
Now listen, I have struggled with depression and anxiety for well over a decade, and until this moment, I really felt like I was never in control of these things. This time I thought, you know what, I'm going to try something different.
I was able to talk myself out of a panic attack instead of going down that spiral and getting stuck in that sticky situation—if you suffer from this, you know exactly what I'm talking about—and I was able to gain control back. In fact, I was able to take my Powerback®.
So, on today's Powerback® episode, we're talking about how I got myself out of this freaking panic attack in a way that was very simple. It just required diligence, focus, and intention.
